Our Current Research Priorities:

• Rockfall Analysis: Development of a model (using field test data) to calculate rockfall parameters, including drop trajectories, impact forces, stone-obstacle interactions, and accuracy thresholds for input data.

• Anchor Systems: Improving the methodology for calculating the pull-out capacity of ground anchors. This includes developing a universal calculation model, conducting field pull-tests on representative soil types, and creating comprehensive databases.

• Protection Structures: Development of new—and improvement of existing—engineering protection structures against hazardous geological processes.

• Manufacturing Equipment: Development and optimization of machinery for weaving steel wire nets and meshes.

• Snow Retention: Development of a spatial model to calculate loads on snow-retaining structures based on field data, as well as improving structural designs and researching new materials to reduce weight.

• Structural Modeling: Static and dynamic modeling of shell structures.

• Architecture: Development of innovative architectural solutions using our materials.
